Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We work diligently
to fill all orders as soon as possible; however, some orders
may require up to 72 hours to process. In the event
that your order will be delayed due to availability or
other issues, we will contact you with specific delivery
information.
Our standard delivery package is via USPS or UPS ground
service. We will ship to all the lower 48 states but regret
that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes and APO/FPO
addresses - we must have a valid residential/business address.
We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii but due to a lack of
ground service to those states, the shipping cost is
considerably higher and must be quoted individually per
shipment. We are also unable to ship to Canada, Mexico, or
other addresses outside the United States including US held
territories such as the US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. without
first obtaining a quote from UPS.
Orders Consisting of Multiple Items
Depending on the items and their availability, orders consisting of more than one item may be shipped separately in order to better serve you.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, order cancellation is not possible.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately. All shipments are
insured through UPS or USPS and all claims will be processed
through either carrier respectively. Please keep the carton and
all packing materials, as UPS and USPS reserve the right to
inspect the package in question. Depending on availability, a
replacement will be sent to you, or if no longer available, a
credit will be issued to the account through which the item was
originally purchased.
For an incorrect item received, please contact us immediately for a Return
Authorization Number that needs to be attached to the returning
item. Then take care to properly pack and insure the item
against damage in transit. The correct item will then be
shipped upon the safe return of the incorrect item.
Returns
AZU is proud of the products we offer and want you to be
satisfied with your purchase. If your purchase does not meet
your expectations, you may return the item in person at our Downtown Bend location, or you may return the item
via UPS or USPS (whichever was used to originally ship the
item(s)). If you plan to return the item, please contact us prior to shipping to receive a
Return Authorization Number to attach to the returning item,
and take care to properly pack and insure the item against
damage in transit.
AZU offers a full refund (less shipping costs) for a period of
7 days after receipt of item as long as the item is returned in
good condition. A credit for the purchase price (less
shipping costs) will be made to the account through which the
item was purchased.
No returns will be accepted without an attached Return
Authorization Number.
A 20% re-stocking fee plus all shipping costs will be assessed
for refused shipments.
Our Products
Most of our products are handcrafted and/or hand-finished. As
such, some minor imperfections and variations are to be
expected, and are indicative of each items individuality. In
the case of some items - finish marks,wear,and blemishes are to
be expected and are considered to contribute to the character
and authenticity of the item. For these reasons, we cannot
always guarantee that your item will be exactly the same as is
pictured on our website.
